  • Interest capture data: Work email, role, company stage, biggest infrastructure challenge, and compliance timeline when you submit the interest capture form.
  • Assessment data: Your answers to scorecard questions, notes, and evidence you enter into the Interactive Scorecard tool (when available).
  • Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and browser information: Browser type, operating system, device type.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and interaction patterns.
  • IP address: Collected for security, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. See Section 8 for details.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Process transactions and send related information (receipts, deposit confirmations).
  • Send you updates about the Interactive Scorecard tool launch (if you've reserved early access).

  • Service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). These providers only access your data as necessary to perform their services.

  • With your consent: For any other purpose with your explicit agreement.

Our Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe for payment processing and Stan Store for PDF purchases. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Interest capture data is retained to notify you of product launches. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
