1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FinSec Scorecard website at finsecscorecard.com and all related services (the “Service”), operated by ChamsDel Online LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

3. Description of Services

The Service provides:

  • FinTech Infrastructure Security & Compliance Scorecard PDF ($49.99): A diagnostic workbook with 28 questions mapped to PCI DSS v4.0.1 and SOC 2 Type II, sold via Stan Store.
  • Interactive Scorecard Tool ($199, coming soon): A web-based version with auto-calculated scores, dashboards, progress tracking, and audit-ready reports. Early access can be reserved with a $50 refundable deposit.
  • Sample questions: A free 5-question preview available on the website.

4. Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Refunds

Scorecard PDF ($49.99)

The Scorecard PDF is sold through Stan Store. Purchases are subject to Stan Store's terms and refund policies. We do not process PDF payments directly.

Interactive Tool Early Access Deposit ($50)

  • The $50 deposit reserves your early access to the Interactive Scorecard Tool.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if we do not ship the Interactive Tool.
  • Upon launch, the $50 deposit will be applied toward the $199 purchase price. You will only pay the remaining $149.
  • Deposits are processed securely through Stripe.
  • To request a refund of your deposit before launch, contact us at support@chamsdel.online.

Interactive Tool ($199, at launch)

The full Interactive Tool will be available as a one-time purchase of $199 (or $149 for deposit holders). Pricing and terms for the full product will be confirmed at launch.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell the Scorecard PDF or any content from the Service without written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems.
  • Transmit any harmful code, malware, or disruptive content.
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.
  • Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with or disrupt its operation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including the scorecard questions, compliance mappings, scoring methodology, remediation guidance, design, and branding, is the property of ChamsDel Online LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The Scorecard PDF is licensed for your internal business use only. You may share it within your organization but may not redistribute, resell, or publish it externally.

8. User Content

Any content you submit through the Service (assessment answers, notes, evidence) remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We will not share your assessment data with third parties without your explicit consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The scorecard is a diagnostic tool and does not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice. It is not a substitute for a formal PCI DSS assessment by a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) or a SOC 2 audit by a licensed CPA firm. Your use of the scorecard and any actions taken based on its results are at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChamsDel Online LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your assessment data prior to termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
